I am a camp counselor and last week I injured my inner arch on my foot and my my calf as well. My dad thinks I pulled the 'really thin muscle in my calf' but I really don't know. Now, my arch feels fine, but my calf still hurts. ALso, I can't fully bend my knee because it hurts in my calf when i do.
My question is how do I fix this and can I do squats and lift with my legs or not really?
