On my right side, I have some pain in the rib area. It's kind of below and the the right of pectoral. The pain is evident when I breathe in deeply, it feels sore. It isn't really sore to the touch or anything. I worked out yesterday and the only time it hurt was when I did Incline presses, not the actual motion, but when I layed down on the bench, it hurt for a little bit. Then when I tried to to pull-ups or hanging leg raises, the stretch caused some discomfort in the area.

My ROM doesn't seem phased, but when I extend my arm straight up, I feel the pull. Any advice or thoughts before I hit the Dr.

Cracked rib is highly unlikely. See your doc anyway.

Sounds more like a muscle pull. I've had that before. It can take a while, but it usually gets better on its own. See your doc if you're concerned about it, but it'll probably pass.
