I've recently noticed I get foot cramps in my right foot after workouts and sometimes after running. Mainly it happens later in the day(with foot propped on coffee table) and occasionally while working out and once while driving home from a workout. It starts in the arch of my foot and then my 2nd & 3rd toes "lock" up.
Also, when driving or riding bikes for a while, my right leg hamstrings/calves/back of knee seem to get sorta numb, or feel like they need to be stretched.
I remember reading somewhere (Shapeshift?) that if there was an imbalance in the posterior chain it could cause foot pain. I always do back/core/hamstring exercises, but it could be very likely that my quads are much stronger than my hamstrings/calves. Also wondering if it could be posture since it sticks to the right side.
Obviously its not very painful nor does it last very long, but wondering if there are some things I should consider or be aware of. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
