Bill Hartman referred me to a book by Stuart McGill, Low back Disorders. Thanks again, Bill.

McGill has just published a new book, titled, "Ultimate Back Fitness and Performance".

Once I read it I will try to comment.

In that case I will still read it but leave the critiquing to the pros.

I have no shame.
