During the leg press exercise I have felt a pain in my lower back area. This pain goes away until I do leg presses again. So, I cut leg presses out. there is minnimal pain during the hack squat and no pain during lunges, leg ext., squats. I have done the leg presses with and without a belt with no change. the pain is starting to last longer. I have sufficient core strength and no muscle imbalances. there is no radiating pain and when I warm up the pain goes away. any ideas? I was thinking low back strain, but isn't the leg press relatively safe for the low back?
