Not really an injury but...

when i wake up in the morning, i find i have big knots in the area where my shoulder meets my neck.

I think it's probably from sleeping wrong, but i don't know

Has anyone experienced this, or know how to elimate it?
Thanks

How does one sleep wrong? Standing on your head?

Okay, bad joke...I know.

Look for other reasons rather than the way you sleep if it is recurrent. Could be a training related issue or just bad positioning during the day that doesn't show it's evil face until morning.

ohhhh my side!

i'm guessing it might be just sore shoulders from doing shoulder workout the previous day. When I woke up today, i didn't have knots, and i didn't workout the day before.

Thanks Bill!
