i noticed the soreness/stiffness in my lower back maybe a week ago, but worked through it, because i thought hey its just soreness and it doesnt hurt, its just annoying. then i first noticed the pain in the right side on my back one morning (a few days ago) when i bent over to pick up something and i came back up i felt it, and thats when i got scared. i have a fear of getting an injury that will set me back with my training.
i dont know how it started or what made it start, but i just noticed it a few days ago.
i feel it when i do squats and standing bb shrugs, and bent rows. its not so bad of a pain that i cant work through it, but i know i shouldnt, im just saying.
its still there after im warmed up.
yes, it does come and go sometimes. i could just be sitting there or walking somewhere and ill just start feeling it (im talking about the pain in the right side, not the sore lower part). and other times it will be fine. but its always there when i come back up after bending down.
when i say bending over and coming back up, i mean with my back rounded (like improper form when doing a deadlift). when i bend over with the proper arch (proper form), i feel nothing, and its all good.
