Thumbs up

Over Thanksgiving, Mike Mejia and John Williams suggested I start Active Release on my shoulders (talk about some Rice Krispies in there). Last week, the doc said I was done, needing only monthly check-ups as I continued training. My shoulders have considerably more strength and mobility and ZERO pain in ANY movement short of attempted dislocation It's also quite inexpensive and completely non-invasive. I especially enjoyed being hooked up to four electrodes for ten minutes at the start of each treatment

Active Release

P49er how much did each treatment cost? The word inexpensive caught my eye.

Initial exam was $95ish, all other sessions were $65ish. Of course, that's in Charlotte, and this guy is one of only two or three in the area who practices ART.
