Hi all,

It is very difficult to give complete recommendations due to the limitations associated with forum posting (i.e., no direct exam). To help out, when you have a question use the following questions to provide a little more info, to help us make better recommendations. Thanks.

Where is the problem?
How did it start?
Describe the symptoms.
How long has it been a problem?
Have you had any treatment?
What was the outcome?
What makes the problem worse?
What makes it better?
Is there anything in your personal/medical history which complicates the situation?
Other medical problems?

Anything posted on this board should never be substituted for direct examination and advice provided by an appropriate medical professional.

Thanks Bill. This will help as I've been meaning to post a question for you, but given my extensive lower body injury history, it will most likely take some time to read and type. This list will certainly help.
