Injuries and RehabTell us where it hurts! Do a quick search before asking about your shoulder injury to make sure your question hasn't already been answered (about 50 times), and read the sticky post first.
If you have been keeping up with the forums lately, you have probably noticed Bill Hartman's posts. Don't let the Golf Coach title fool you... He is one of the most well-informed and knowledgeable people there are in the field of strength and conditioning, and rehab... PERIOD! As it says in his bio, he is an ART practitioner as well, which means that he knows how to deal with injuries.
If Bill doesn't know it, you probably don't need to know it!

By the way the guy doing the DB Jerks is avid golfer Tom Hardin, author of "You're Never Too Old To Rock 'n' Roll". It's about taking an active approach to your lifestyle (financial, spiritual, psychological, physical). It's going to be quite a book. Release is set for fall 2003. The fitness section was written by yours truly. How's that for a cheap plug (Tom's site is www.canterburygroup.com for those interested)
