Default Swimming Pool for Rehab

Hello,
I swam competitively my whole life and just ended my Swim Career in December when I finished my 4 years for Division I NCAA Swim Team. I graduated from California State University of Northridge with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. Being an Athlete in College I came across a lot of injury scenarios with friends and myself. Workingout in the Strength and Conditioning facility with several coaches which gave me a lot of knowledge of workingout for all types of athletes. Swimming in College gave me a whole different outlook on exercise. From exercising on land to the pool, I have gained a lot of knowledge on body posture and not just isolating a muscle group but using several muscle groups with a single exercise to promote a more productive and quicker solution to workingout.

I just moved down to Huntington Beach and started working for a Swiming Team (Swim Venture) which I run my own pool. I currently coach two swim teams for the younger kids. We are working on all four
competitive stroke (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle). I just started an Adult Fitness/Master's Swim team which has great opportunity for everyone to swim and open the door to the swimming world. In the past I have done rehad/aerobics in the water, taught adults how to swim using key points which are not taught and swimming fitness for those which want a great all body and low impact workout.

Rehab/Cross training is a great and effective method to strengthening and training the body.

Whatever the Goal is or the Problem is, I strive to find a solution to the situation.

If you are in the area and have questions to the new program just reply.
