Question Increased Mobility, No Change in Pain

Hey Everybody,

I've been in PT for about 6-8 weeks now for the treatment of supraspinitus tendinosis in both shoulders. While I've experienced increased mobility, the pain has not changed at all. In fact, the hypermobile side (left) has significantly more pain than the hypomobile side (right). The pain is at its worst when doing any pressing movement.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so, what is the recommended course of treatment? I'm seeing my orthopod tomorrow, but multiple opinions are always useful.

Thanks!
