Default New Rules of Lifting for Women

I am confused by what constitutes the 18 workouts in Stage 1.
These workouts are supposed to take 6 weeks ( 3 per week ).
I just completed my first week. I did A and B each of the 3 days that I worked out. I am thinking this is not correct because I will be finished Stage 1 in 3 weeks.
Are A and B each total body workouts?
Should I just be doing the A workout one day and then the B workout on a separate day?
HELP
