Underwater Treadmill?
Has anyone used an underwater treadmill when rehabbing from injury?
A new gym near me has a Hydroworx pool with an underwater treadmill and resistance jets. Currently dealing with plantar fascitis and heel spur and not able to do any other types of cardio and wondering if this would be a good option (I did put a call into my doc, waiting for an answer) but thought I would check here too.
