Default Spinal Fusion T-4 to T-10

I would love some help!!!!

I'm three years post op and have a Harrington Rod from T-4 to T-10 and prior to my surgery, I was a marathon runner and a personal trainer. I really, really, really want to get back into the gym. My doctor says I can do whatever feels good but I'm worried. I can't do crunches anymore due to the location of my rods.

Does anyone have any experience in this or advice they can give me.

Please help!!!! What should I do and what shouldn't I do.

Brenda
