Toe Walking
Hi all. I know this isnt really the best place for this but im hoping some PT's can help me since I cant see one until October since they are all booked up. I am 25 years old and ive been a toe walker all my life. Based on this my lower body is extremely tight. I have huge calves from this due to them not getting stretched out from not walking properly. I am unable to do squats because I fall backward and I cant deadlift either. I also have tight hip flexors as well. Ive been trying to walk normally but I am still tight. Does anyone know any stretches I should do to help out until I can see a PT? Thanks.
