Default ABR Therapy (Advanced Biomechanical Rehabilitation)

So I just started working for a non profit organization that trains dogs to work with disabled people and we hosted a training class for ABR. I was allowed to sit in and observe, since I am/was a personal trainer. It looked to me like sort of a recycled method of SMR, but modified in a way that it could be applied to people with disabilities by their parents/caregivers, etc. I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about it. I think it was invented by a Russian but the company is based in Montreal. Apparently we have them come out and give training classes/refreshers every so often. The woman I spoke to said it has done wonders for his son's posture, especially in his shoulders, but that's not really a surprise if it's just another way of doing manual release..and they do it daily. I'm curious because it was pitched as this revolutionary thing that nobody else is doing and I didn't really see much to tell me that it was. I kept my mouth shut though because the Russian lady teaching the class could probably kill me with her bare hands.
