Red face Recovering from kidney stones :-/

I've had surgery for kidney stones a few months ago to remove my 1inch whopper. It has been a while since I worked out until last week...I have always been in good athletic shape but between the surgeries and meds I gained about 20lbs and lost some muscle. I was told by the doctor that the kidney stone is all gone but I am still having lower back pain...anyone ever been in the same position as me? Or have any good workouts to share with max results? Thanks, I'm open to anything!!!!

I wish I had some advice to give you, but thankfully I've never had to experience this trauma. But, I want to encourage you keep a positive attitude. It sounds like you know that you can and will get back into shape. There is tons of info and conversations on here regarding programs and plans that work. Look around and you'll find them.

Welcome to the board, and best of luck. Be patient. I'm sure that someone on here will chime in with a similar experience that can share their wisdom....its just not me.
