Default Knee swelling

1. When did the swelling begin?
I think it was gradual. I worked out 2 days ago and it probably started then, and today I worked out again and seems like I made it worse

2. What were you doing at the time? Or did the pain come on gradually over time?
There really is no pain, just swelling in the R knee, it feels uncomfortable when I bend it but I think it's because of the swelling

My R knee crunches and click's a lot when I bend it. Actually today when I squated today, it seemed to be clicking and crunching louder than usual. Also when thing I've noticed: when I put my hand on my knee and bend it, it seems like my fibula pops in and out, but this is not painful.

Haha! Not very descriptive I know! I'm just gonna lay off the lower body stuff for now and I think I might drop Starting Strength because I think it might to brutal for my knees!
