Can anyone help me?
I love to keep fit and use an elliptical trainer, and work with weights to keep myself in trim. I am not overweight and stick to a healthy diet. but and this is where I need help!! My butt and legs are always cold, even after exercise, they are always cold, I have tried to massage them, its great when I do it, but they go back to being cold, and yes I have the dreaded cellulite there as well, are they linked?? and how can I overcome this probem?? I really would appreciate any help. Many thanks
