Default Ever heard of a Dural Tear from weight lifting?

Little background...I recently had a Dural Tear (spinal fluid leakage causing headaches) caused from a fall (not weightlifting). This is my second tear, the first one was 3 years ago caused by the epidural when my son was born. Both tears healed naturally and are unrelated. Apparently, though, once you have a tear that spot becomes weak and can tear again. As a result, I've just been told that lifting more than 5-10 pounds would not be recommended. It's hard for me to fathom not lifting more than 5-10lbs and honestly I didn't feel like this doctor even knew what she was talking about. Neither tear was caused by weightlifting but isolated events. I'm not a powerlifter or anything, just regular weightlifting. I would love to know if anyone is familiar with dural tears and if they have had them caused by weightlifting. Thanks!

So basically after they gave you an epi that caused the first one, you should never hold your baby?
