Question Scapula Spasm

Hey Everyone,

After working too hard (might be from lack of stretch, Im not sure) I pulled a muscle in my back under my scapula. Was out for 10 days which has not extended for about 20 days due to scheduling. Anyways, wanted to know. I was doing stage 1B of NROLFW when I pulled it and Im not sure if I pulled it as a result of a deadlift with incorrect form or because of the lat pulldown? Should I go down in weight on both anyways? Not sure what to do, just don't want it to become a chronic problem and keep pulling it. Obviously, I didn't know until the day after when DOMS set in.

Does it seem fully recovered now?
Have you been foam rolling it?

I would probably go down on weight with both exercises just to be safe. If that workout goes okay, slowly increase again.

No, I didn't foam roll it. I was never told to. I was just put on a variety of muscle relaxants which I stopped after the 2nd day since 1) I felt better 2) I couldn't function with them and was basically over medicated (their fault, not mine). So I haven't done anything in the past 20 days or so which my legs are paying for. The most upper body I was told I could do was swimming.

I would start with foam rolling it. Then see my reply above.
