Default Strange pain

For two days running I have had a soreness in my left upper arm. Unlike anything normal or Doms. It feels as if it is heavy and tired. That painful ache you get when something falls asleep and you are trying to wake it up. Or that painful soreness you get when lifting and getting exhausted. Anyone have any experience with anything like this?

I will get it checked if it keeps up a couple more days.

Fine. But I noticed last night I can not lay on my left side due to pain in my shoulder. It is a little better today but I do catch myself massaging it off and on.

When you say shoulder, where exactly do you mean?
