Default UM Help

Ok when ever I do any form of SS cardio my right glute and my upper part of my right hamstring seem to fatigue right away. Any one got any ideas?

Ha Ha Bill ... but actually you might not be too far off!!

How's your gluteal flexibility? Any trigger/tender points in the glutes? How about your lower back? Any pain there?

my lower back has always been a problem since i was younger i get major spasm a lot
and my flexibitily blows

Try this simple test then post your result

Standing with feet together, touch your toes - take note how it feels and how far you can reach.

Then perform the same test seated - like the reach test. Note the feel and range and compare the two.

What kind of stretching do you perform - in particular the hamstrings?

How about your posture? Any chance of post a pics of front, side and rear view.
