Default Balance off.

I hurt my leg a little while ago and i'm just recovering but my balance seems to be off a bit lately due to some joint pain.. Does anyone know of any activities or equipment that i could do/purchase to help me strengthen my balance skills?

There is lots you can do that does not require special equipment.

Please read the sticky at the top of the subforum and answer the questions so I know more about your injury. Then I would feel more comfortable making some recommendations for you.

If you need to do some stregthening squat sets are always good. If you're looking for more balance try taking some yogo classes. my gym just started offering classes with indoboards. It looks pretty awesome.
