Default medial foot pain

I am a 57 y.o. male, moderate shape. I am a PBA bowler and bowl often. I have developed a pain on the medial side of my foot below the little toe. I can turn up my foot towards my little toe and the pain is just below the toe around the ball of my foot. Just adjacent to the ball of your foot below the toe. I am wondering if this may have something to do with my shoes. They are several months old(sneakers). The arch doesn't seem to be in good shape. I doesn't hurt when I walk , just when I tilt my foot over to the side towards my little toe. There is no swelling or reddness. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks Jerry

Yea ... you would be too chasing a 3 year old and a 4 year old around a lake!! Plus I hadn't eaten dinner yet ... low blood sugar!!

Umm ... okay ... well, I'm not sure what to tell you ... it could be your posterior tibialis ... strained or the beginnings of tendonitis ... do you do any stretching? There is another post here recently about foot/ankle pain ... I mention a trigger point book in my reply. It should help you too.
