Default Bone Structure...Restrictions?

Just wondering if you believe that certain bone structures are prone to certain injuries or restrictions?

For example, I have a rounded rib cage when viewed form above (I almost appear as wide from the side as I do from the front ) as opposed to the oval shape that most have. My clavicles are a bit narrow ( or appear so due to the rounded chest ). When I lie on my back with arms locked out by my sides with hands in neutral (palms facing thighs ), my upper arm is flat on the floor but from the elbow to my hand there is an upward angle such that my pinky is about 4 inches off the floor.

I find it difficult to add muscle to the upper chest, especially near the shoulder due to the sharper/larger angle there due to the roundness of the rib cage.

Would you folks have any experience with any restrictions or problems that you have found with people who are built like this?

I am asking this more as a point of interest than trying to "self medicate".

Thanks in advance.
