Default Workout Recommendations

I have a torn rotator cuff and torn bicep tendon left arm as well as a torn MCL left knee. Surgery scheduled for June (O-Scope for all three). I can still bench 185; I've cut out doing curls. I also run 2 miles 4 days per week (Moderate knee pain). Should I continue to work out with these injuries? Also, what would you recommend for post surgery?

I wouldn't. If your surgery is in a month, I wouldn't do typical workouts, but rather rehab workouts. Have you seen a physical therapist?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, he's given me some exercises to increase my range of motion (shoulder). It's really difficult for me to not go to the gym, or to go and not be able to do anything. But at the same time, there's not much you can do weight lifting wise that doesn't include using the shoulder (except legs and abs).

Rest is good for the body. You will not fall apart in one month. If you are concerned about gaining fat, keep your diet in check.
