Default Abdominal Nerve Entrapment

Has anyone had this?
I think I have this as I have a very localized pain to the left of my belly button which is very painful when pressed. ( I know, so don't press it )
I have the same tenderness on the right side also.

Anyway... anyone have this?

Tenderness can be caused by a variety of things and is not always abnormal.
What makes you think you have abdominal nerve entrapment?

And since you've seen an actual professional in person, what was this doctor's advice?

Advice was to ease up on working out especially my abs. Dr told me to stop any ab work or anything that tightens the sheath of the rectus abdominus (?) for 4-6 weeks.
She also told me that she could feel the spasm in my muscle.
When I resume, I'm to start at 10%.. then 20% and so on...
