Default A sour stomach

I have been having an on and off sour stomach...for like 2 months already!
it's very annoying and I find myself in the bathrooms here and there...
there are only three things I can think of that caused it.

1) a week after I had food poisoning I began to have this problem, maybe my stomach never healed from the horrible experience?

2) around the same time as the food poisoning I got a new roomate who is in the bathroom 24/7 no joke... he obviously has some problem and he acts a bit...er... weird... he vomited out of the blue a few days ago and said it was normal...I dont know what his deal is, but I snuck into his cabinet and saw he takes pills for his bladder so maybe thats what his problem is...but it doesnt explain other things....Do you think he could be contageous in some way?

3) the most probable...I am having too much dairy products including LOTS of milk and cheese and other stuff....

(after annoying my mother, who thinks I'm fine) I am hopefully going to a stomach doctor.
But I decided for the rest of the week I will try to stay away from milk and my other main sources of protein -which sucks because I have already lost 3 pounds in 2 days!! I know muscle doesnt dissapear that fast so I dont know what the hell I'm losing but..... maybe this is a good thing?

And of course I wont work out while I'm not eating enough...

1. Could be. Go to the doctor.

2. Don't know. You would need to ask him the specifics of his issues.

3. Could be dairy and/or other food intolerances.

Why cut out other protein sources? Chicken, tuna, beef, eggs, etc should all be fine.

I would have the doctor check it out...This is the only person that can give you a solid opinion.

When I was having stomach problems several years ago, I began taking a Probiotic to get my stomach and intestinal flora/bacteria in balance. I've used PB8 for years and now I never have stomach problems. I swear by that stuff. No stomach issues, always regular, never any trouble now.
