Default Hamstring Pain during Squats ?

EDIT - Sorry for wasting anyones time who reads the first post.
Im stretching it out now and working with it in my room, clearly not an injury, probably just need to work on it slowly.
Thanks though

My first work out of a new program. First workout with weights in a real gym since 2 weeks. And my first time doing squats in about 2 years. (Dont ask why hahaha)

Problem:
First set 1x6 @ 185 was a little tough on my shoulders ( need to work on external rotation and they were sore) and i decided to bring weight down since its been a while.
Second set was solid
Third set at 175 i felt some tension and a pinching/pulling tightness in my hamstrings, particularly my right leg (im right handed and may have favored the leg a bit).
So the fourth set i drastically cut the weight, but approaching parallel it came back, so i did partials.

i know its likely just sore and over worked and i should expect it after such a big squat hiatus.

Nothing to worry about ? Id understand if there was a problem or tightness in my quads, but why are my hamstrings feeling pinched?
if its relevent at all, my deadlift is 225 for 3x6-8
(i know im-balanced and thats why im trying to work on it now)

I like your avator/icon , esp because
Just yesterday one of the girls in the gym helped correct some form issues on my deadlift (i'd gotten sloppy). not only that, but then she asked to work in with the same weight....shes 70 pounds lighter than me too! impressive stuff.
