Default Foot/ankle problems

Hi,
This isn't really an injury question, but I've noticed that my right foot has more inversion than my left foot. While I'm walking I naturally land on the outside of the right foot, while on my left foot it's normal. Even when doing certain stretches, I find it hard to keep the foot "neutral". I also find that my right feet tends to be toed out more when I'm standing. Are these issues structural or muscular, and is there anything I can do to correct them? I think they might be linked to the host of injuries I'm been having on my right side.

They are likely related to imbalances elsewhere, usually at the hips.

I won't be surprised. My right hip is pretty messed up as well. What could I do to correct it though?
