client question
I currently have a client that is complaining that he feels his muscles tense up in his left posterior deltoid area everytime doing any lift. He says it doesnt hurt but just feels it flex everytime he does benchpress, deadlift, incline, decline press, db curls, etc. He has good technique and is a pretty experienced exerciser. I was thinking this could be a posture problem but everything looks fine to me. Could this be a muscle imbalance or am I just missing something?? Any ideas??
