Default Shoulder pain

Ok heres the deal....

My shoulder hurts when doing lateral raises also when doing shrugs it hurts at the eccentric part of the movement?

I can do bench presses, shoulder presses without pain?

What do you experts think?

Sounds like you might be doing too much pressing relative to your pulling volume. From the little you've described I would bet it is impingement from an imbalance around your shoulder, probably with some scapular dyskinesia thrown in.
