Default might've injured my back

So I did deadlifts last Thursday and I guess the pain wasn't really all there until a little after. I have some pain in my lower back area, it's actually where my lower back and butt meets, a little above that, and it's not right in the middle but a little to the left and right. Doing back squats hurts when I do them. I hope I haven't herniated a disc or anything.

Ice it, and try resting propped up on your elbows for up to 5 minutes at a time. See how it is in a few days. It could be just about anything, not necessarily disk.

Thanks Julie, I'll try that. I hate this as it hinders my squat performance. I've been doing so well so far.

Look at the link I posted in my post below this one. It has some streches and low back strenthening exercises on it done on a swiss ball. I did them this morning and they seemed to help a good bit. Please what ever you do take some time off to heal. Please do not end up in the same shape I am after inoring the pain for so long until you can't walk or dress yourself. It is not fun at all.

Here is the link I was referring to. Scroll to the bottom with pics of the girl on the swiss ball.
