I did my workout today; however, I forgot the dead bugs! Oh well, I can do that tomorrow. =)
I really worked my sides today and I may be sore tomorrow. At the beginning of the workout, I did some lunges for the hip thats shorter than the other and a little bit on the strong side. I also did one legged squats (bodyweight) and one legged bent over with dumbbells (leg slightly bent) to get my hamstrings for hip dominant. I did these all between my pull ups/one arm shoulder press set. For the pull ups, I did 3 reps overhand grip, 3 reps underhand grip, and 3 reps neutral grip. I also did cable push pull, high/low band chops kneeling, side hip thrusts, and side planks. I did one extra set on the weak side for all of these.
Hopefully after about 2 weeks I will see more of a balance and also strength, so I won't tilt anymore. Hopefully this will give me a better waist and also even hips. also to make my butt stronger with the lunges and not so fat like in the pictures. I just hope this workout is going to work.
By the way, if I squeeze my butt standing up (tightening it), it does not look like I am in anterior tilt. When I let the tightening go, it looks like its in anterior tilt again.

Don't get a water bed. Just get a regular, firm mattress.

I would swap the mattresses around, one it can't hurt, and two if it has less wear and tear on it theoretically it should be better.
I also vote against a water bed ...

Whats wrong with water beds? Pro's and con's? What kind of mattresses should I watch out for and what kind are good? and how about pillows? I will tell my parents to get me a firm mattress instead of a water bed if they are bad. This is the first time I heard a negative about them. I know they are only sold online and not sold in-stores anymore. Also, a lot of the mattresses in the store are not soft. I would like a soft one. My parents have a water bed and its very comfortable. Some water beds my parents say are good and some aren't and that would be only if too much water is put in them (what my mom told me when I asked her) I want to know the pro's and con's and also what to watch out for in getting a new bed.

You can get a firm bed with a pillowtop. They are VERY comfy, but don't dip deeper where you are heavier like you would on a waterbed. I think my early back problems started from sleeping on a waterbed back in the late 80's (jeez, that was probably before you were born!).
It should tell you something that they aren't being widely sold anymore.

Woops the bed is not a water bed, its a water mattress (the ones that do not need heaters because the way its made). I got confused between the both. Water Bed feels like an ocean and water mattress adjusts with your body. (what my mom said) I just layed on my sisters and its really comfortable and my body looks like its in a straight line and my shoulder (right shoulder) does not feel crushed like my bed. The worse bed I have ever slepped in though was a hotel bed.
What do you think of a water mattress or is it the same thing? My sister moved out, so I can sleep in it tonight and see how I feel in the morning. It will at least hopefully be better than my mattress in my room and I should be able to sleep better too tonight I hope. My dad said its my choice for what bed to pick and I am going to get a new bed soon no matter what. If I don't get a better sleep tonight and if I ache in the morning (any tightness other than the tightness from the weightroom earlier today that I am starting to feel come), then I will not get a water mattress. My sisters is 15 years old and my parents's bed is older than me (over 21 years old).
Do you know anyone else who has had problems with water mattresses and what their sleeping positions were? I'll think I'll be okay sleeping on my side. I know stomach sleepers will probably have problems with water mattresses and maybe sleeping on your back will too. I have heard about people with back problems sleeping on their back and problems sleeping on their stomach even if its not a water bed. I think it depends how you sleep at night and the position you are in. I sleep on my side now and with a pillow between my knees, so I may be fine. I won't know until I try tonight and wake up tomorrow morning and see.

Don't know much about water mattresses versus beds ... if money is no object, I would vote for a Tempurpedic. It is easily the best, most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I no longer have many of the daily aches and pains I used to wake with and although I cannot attribute all of it to my Tempurpedic, some of it I can.
Edited to add: If you can't afford a Tempurpedic, then get a good firm mattress with a good pillowtop like JP said. Go to the mattress store and lie on many different types of beds. What feels comfortable to you won't necessarily feel good to someone else. The store near me also had this mattress that you lie on and it takes measurements, then gives a list of different mattresses that might be good for your body.

I slepped in a water mattress for the first time last night and I don't really like it. Its like the heaviest part of my body (which would be my torso) sinks in the most and the heads/legs sink less. I can feel how I was sleeping too. Also - I don't feel a water mattress being much different then a regular bed. The only difference is your sinking in.
I think I will not get a water mattress. I think your right about this Jean Paul. The heaviest part of your body sinks in the most and even if you have a pillow between your knees, you will still sink in. After a while of sleeping in the water mattress, it will probably turn into pain. I was sleeping on my right side and my right side feels weird. I will go back to my bed until I get a new one. I can probably switch mattresses with the top bunk mattress because it has not really ever been slepped on. The only thing thats been on it is all my stuff I throw up there.

Mon,
I glanced at your pics and skimmed your post. It appears your posture and report of postural deviations and differences in upper and lower extremity ROM is fairly consistent with what's called a Left AIC (anterior interior chain)(lower half) and a Right BC (Brachial chain)(upper half) according to the Postural Restoration Institute. You can find out more info on their website at Postural Restoration Institute. Go to "About PRI". You may be able to try some of the posted exercises and get a fair result. Obviously, seeing someone in person who's taken their courses would be the way to go. I've taken 3 of their courses, so if you happen to have any questions after reading their website, I can try to help you out. Best of luck.
