Boxing shoulders?
Hi guys
Its been a while since I posted so might as well start with a question. With my part time acting, kickboxing and full time degree I barely get time to check my email. I stopped lifting weight for about 3 months because frankly i needed the break. With my kickboxing in full swing, I now notice that my front delts are more active than my rear, and sometimes get a slight strain in my shoulders after boxing. I took a pic of my back for fun and I noticed my scapulas out a bit. It that normal?
