Default Tingling pain (weakness) in arms

The last 3-4 months ive been doing alot of heavy lifting (NROL Strength 1, followed by Waterbury Method, TBT, and Art of Waterbury), and the past couple weeks ive been getting some strange sensations in my arms and shoulders. Its a little hard to describe, but its kind of like a tingle in my arms.

When it started a couple weeks ago, it didnt really affect my workouts much, more of an annoyance, it was more after my workouts my arms felt extremely week. Like if i picked up a 5 lb plate i felt extreme weakness in my arms (but i could still bench 250 for a few reps 15 minutes before). Today i had to cut my workout short because i just didnt feel like i could generate much power doing push presses and chinups, my arms just felt so weak. If im holding my arms to my sides and i flex my arms, i get that weird weakness/tingle/pain all down my arm. About an hour after my workout it will feel fine and i can go about my normal daily activities without any weird pains.

I know i should probably go see someone about this, but any idea of what it might be? I did just take a full week off at the beginning of this month. Im hoping a week or two of rest will help. Thanks.

Any other associated symptoms? Any leg weakness? Any problems with you vision, such as double vision, or droopy eyelids? Any issues with swallowing? Does it get worse as the day goes on?

I'm not generally an alarmist, but bilateral neurological symptoms are something to be checked out by an MD in person IMO ...

no other symptoms at all. the first time i ever noticed it was maybe 6 weeks ago when i was doing dips, when i lowered myself for the 1st rep my left arm felt very weak...like i couldnt control my descent very well. Once i got through the discomfort of the 1st rep, i could knock out the rest of the reps like normal. It was mostly just my left arm then, it felt a little uncomfortable for maybe an hour after working out that day, then i didnt have any more problems until the past week or two.

As far as it getting worse throughout the day, it does not. It has felt a little weird if i flex the arm, but other than that its felt fine the last couple weeks (other than while working out). Like today for instance, i felt pretty good about working out cause it wasnt hurting. I felt ok when i was doing some warm up sets (chins with bodyweight). Then when i started doing my first couple sets of push presses and chins (bodyweight + 55), it started to feel strange and weak. I was doing Art of Waterbury and 10 sets of 3. After the 5th superset I had to call it quits. It still feels a tad strange, but the tingling/weakness went away after about 30 minutes.

Its not like i walk around all day with weak tingly (is that a word) arms, and it doesnt get worse throughout the day. Hope that helps a little, sorry it was so long.

I think it would be worth consulting a medical professional, preferably a Neurologist if one is available to you. I note that you live in Pittsburgh, and I can tell you the U. Pitt has a very highly regarded Neurosciences department, so if you can get seen there, it might be ideal.
