Default clavicle pain

I have a pain along my left clavicle and upon reading some of the other posts I thought maybe it was an AC injury but according to the descriptions it's felt more in the shoulder. The pain I feel seems to be closer to my neck, behind my clavicle. I have full range of motion however I feel it most when I shrug my left shoulder and bring it in towards the center of my body...the pain almost seems to transfer to closer to my sternum. I first noticed doing dips. I stopped doing them for a while and attemped to do them again, despite the nagging feeling and I seem to only aggrivate it more. Any ideas?

Can you post a picture with an arrow to the area?

rdharris,
I have had the same problem for two months now. I have ignored it but it is just the same constant pain. Was just wondering what your outcome was or if you ever went to see a doctor?
Thanks
