Default Torn Up Wrist

Can anyone help with info on treatment options for the following conditions?

1. Scaphoid Bone cyst (6x6x5) with attached ganglion cyst (5x3)
2. Carpi ulnaris tendon tear
3. Ganglion cyst (4x7x5) in area around tear

Current symptoms - intermittent throbbing/stabbing pain in "inside" (scaphoid) area and pain/click on movement in "outside" (lunate?) area.

Can anyone tell me about bone marrow/steroid injections - side effects, success rate? Surgery for the bone cyst? Can I treat the pain and avoid invasive treatment?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
