Definitely related ... you really should just ASK the MD for a PT referral ... some things just need in-person correction!!! I do applaud you for trying to work on it yourself ... what you probably want to spend some time focusing on is mobility and corrective exercises and lay off the weights until you have been consistent with that for a few weeks. Inside Out? That would be a good place to start ... if you don't have it, let me know and I can suggest some exercises (although IO might be a worthy investment and much more comprehensive than I might be).
