Default Ankle sprain

I think I sprained my left ankle while getting off the dipping bar today. It's not a serious sprain. I can walk about pretty normally and even run up the stairs, BW squat/etc w/o pain. But when I move my feet in certain angles or apply pressure on the outside of the bone that sticks out at the ankle(I think it's the fibula?) I can feel the pain...

What should I do to speed up its recovery. Ice packs?

Also, since there's no pain in most positions, should I still be deliberately resting it, for example staying off squats or calf stretches and ankle mobility drills?

Ice and walk normally (ie no limping).

Thanks. I'm not limping in any way, in fact I can still run around as long as I don't suddenly change directions. I guess I'll ice it...
