Default Left wrist hurts around the ulna area during rotation

This injury has been with me for like, years and years, but it was never serious enough to prevent me from doing any lifts other than the barbell bicep curl, so I never really gave much thought about it...

Basically when my left hand goes supinated and loaded(like in a curl), it hurts around the ulna bone joint at the wrist. Other lifts involving the wrist don't hurt, like all kinds of presses, pulls and rows, but then again I always do these lifts pronated...

I actually saw a doctor(well actually only a nurse/attendant) and got an x-ray, but there was apparently nothing wrong with the x-ray. My left ulna does protrude out more than my right though.

Any idea what's wrong?

Sounds like the joint is "subluxed" ... not sure where you live, but if you find someone who does Mulligan treatments you should get some relief ...
