Default Links for improving posture

anyone have any decent links for sites that can help to improve one's posture? I've searched, but I guess my syntax isn't all that.

Not sure you mean some tricks and tweaks for a full training program, but Neanderthal No More, Part V (I linked Part 5 since it has links to the four previous articles as well) addresses some common issues. I guess it depends on what issues you have with your posture. More details?

Details? Sure... Been having all sorts of pain around my right side scapula area. Sometimes right in the middle of that area, also accompanied by tightness up the right side of my neck, and also, most recently, having problems in my upper right shoulder. Saw my Doctor, he pretty much told me I had some posture problems, and should start seeing a phys. therapist (which will start next Friday) as well as do some weight training (this p*ssed me off just a little).

So anyway, thought I'd gete a jump on fixing some posture issues. Particularly around the upper body area.

The article karky posted was what came to my mind as well.

Also, Tony Gentilcore wrote a whole workout for the "computer guy" syndrome. You might find some good information in those two articles as well.

And you'll really, really want to buy the Inside-Out DVD (get the manual too). The Behavior Modification section by Bill Hartman (only in the manual) is exactly what you need.
