Default Shoulder Health and Shoulder Growth

Bill,

After listening to you on MaxOutRadio, I've been reconsidering the frequency of a lot of the exercises that I do (overhead pressing and benching, primarily).

It's not as much of an issue when I'm in a fat loss phase, but once my abz is here, I want to get my swole on and grow hyoooge.

I plan on using pushup variations (weighted and not) for chest work. I know the delts are worked by flat pressing, but are there other things that I can safely do for more direct shoulder work?

To be honest, I don't know that one needs more than that, but I thought I'd ask.

FYI, I've been doing a lot more rowing than pressing, plenty of things like face pulls, rear delt raises, YTWLs, etc. Hoping for stability, here. And, of course, loving Inside Out.
