Poor overhead ROM
Hey Bill, I have your Inside out DVD which is great but I'm having trouble with my overhead flexibility. I can't raise my arms straight above my head when standing or on the floor with knees bent at 90 degress, I'm a good 3 inches away. Also I find it hard to raise my lower arms to parallel on the scapular wall slide. I seem to be okay on the other exercises although I find the reach roll and lift hard. I've been stretching my lats by holding on to something and leaning back but they don't seem very tight. Do you think overhead shoulder dislocations would be a good idea? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
