Default Arched Back Pain

I pulled my back twice in the past year. Now whenever I arch my back excessively I feel pain in the area right above my waistline in my lower back. An example of an exercise in which it begins to hurt is close grip cable pulldowns. When I am pulling the weight down if I arch my back too much I feel the pain. What muscle is the problem here? Are there specific movements to address this? I have used maginificent mobility but am wondering if there is anything else on point for this type of injury.

You are probably unstable in your lumbar spine and need "core stabilization". You really shouldn't be arching your back during cable pull downs, close grip or otherwise ... your spine should stay still with the movement occuring only in your arms. If you have not seen a medical professional for the two previous injuries, I would recommend that first.
