Default Knee Surgery

Yesterday I had surgery to remove some torn meniscus from my right knee and it went well. My surgeon said that I have no need to go get physiotherapy and only need to do some(200 a day) leg lifts for the recovering knee. I was wondering what types of exercises I should start doing to ease my way back in to leg work.

I guess I should in give some info about my current conditions so I don't leave you taking shots in the dark. The surgery went well and I can walk on my leg for short periods already and I have no pain but a limited range of motion currently because of the swelling and tensor bandage that comes of Friday when i see my surgeon again.

Here is a post-op protocol for rehab from Brigham and Women's in Boston ...

Generally stick with quad sets, straight leg raises, heel slides, standing and prone ham curls until your range of motion is full, the swelling is minimal, and the pain is gone or nearly gone.
