Default Bottom of arm pain

I did my first Hypertrophy workout of NROL the otehr day and today my left under arm, from the middle right up to the elbow is extremely sensitive to the touch, especially when I bend it to 90 degrees and more. Would the close grip bench presses most likely be the culprit here?

No idea if the close grip presses are at fault, but it sounds like you've irritated your ulnar nerve (if I am understanding your description correctly).

Ever done close group benches before?

I think if it doesn't go away on its own, more info would be good.

Never before. It seems to have subsided as the day went on. I'll revisit this thread if it comes back next time I do them. Thanks!
