Default Pain at the top of the wrists...

I got this pain at the top of my wrists starting from half way up my hand up past my wrist... its been 3 weeks now... I think it was from bad positions via typing.. and the doc said it could be tendonitis.. (BOTH WRISTS!!)

I want this gone.. what should I do?

You need to be much more specific ... is it on the palmar side? The dorsal side? Ulnar? Radial?

Please read the sticky at the top of the forum and answer the questions so that we may help you more effectively ...

Go to the forum list under Injuries and there you will see a message/thread that has been "stickied" ... please answer the questions there if you want help. You haven't provided enough information for me to say anything other than "see your doctor".
